Beyond the Dojang is a body conditioning educational platform.  We combine health, fitness and martial arts principles to help improve our body and get more out of our training and life experiences.

The blog is led by Sabrina Mistry – a 2nd Dan martial artist and Personal Trainer.  She started her own fitness journey in 2007.  This was a time when she was very unfit and overweight and decided it was time to transform her life for the better.
